Shipping Methods and Fees
At Lengsaa, we provide standard shipping for all orders. We offer free shipping for prepaid orders.
We aim to process and ship your order within 5-7 business days from the receipt of your order. However, Lengsaa is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Addresses
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including your name, address, and phone number. Lengsaa is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by you.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a notification via WhatsApp, Text, or Email with the tracking number and details of your order’s delivery status.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We understand that sometimes changes or cancellations are necessary. If you need to change or cancel your order, you can do so by:
- Logging into your account on our website, going to the order section, and selecting the order you wish to cancel.

Please note the following:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped from the warehouse.
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests are only valid before the order is dispatched from the warehouse.
- A 2.5% gateway charge will be levied against your order for cancellations.
