Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Lengsaa, we strive to provide you with the best products and services. However, due to the nature of our products (lehenga), once opened or used, items cannot be reused or resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns for any product after it has been delivered.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be obtained for goods purchased from us, subject to the following conditions:

• Damaged Products: Lengsaa is not responsible for any damages that occur after the delivery of the product.
• Delivery Charges: Refunds will not include the delivery charge, as it is non-refundable by the delivery partners.
• Unboxing Video: To file a claim for missing items, leakage, damage, defects, or incorrect products, an unboxing video with the original packaging is mandatory.
• Refusal of Damaged Package: If the package appears to be damaged, tampered with, or defective, please refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
• Claim Window: Refund claims must be made within 24 hours of order delivery.
• To initiate a refund, kindly contact our customer care team via WhatsApp at +91XXXXXXXXXX with the necessary images or videos related to your claim.
• If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact our customer care team within 3 days of the delivery. No refund will be processed after this period.
• Once the refund is accepted, please note that it may take up to 15 business days to be credited to your account.

Return Policy

In rare cases of damaged or defective product delivery (e.g., leakage, broken, or missing items during transit), a refund or exchange can be initiated after a thorough verification process, as per the refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped from the warehouse.
• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
• Cancellation requests can only be processed before the order is dispatched from the warehouse.
• A 2.5% cancellation fee will be levied for cancellations.
